Ho fatto l'aggiornamento... è impazzito... passando tra una vista e l'altra mi cancella o mi nasconde elementi a caso dell'impaginato! AIUTOOOOO!

I did the update ... he went crazy ... passing between one view and another, he deletes or hides random elements of the layout from me! HELP!

What operating system? What specs are your computer? 

Usual fixes

Delete InDesign preferences with shortcuts

1. Windows: Shift+Ctrl+Alt.
2. Mac OS: Shift+Control+Option+Command.

What do you mean by changing views, can you please elaborate.

Also what is your InDesign version?
