InDesign 19.2 crashing on startup on macOS

Every time I go to start InDesign the program crashes on startup. I have to to uninstall and reinstall the program every time in order to use it. This has of course caused many workflow issues.

We would like to follow up on the issue. Are you able to resolve the issue by updating MacOS? We also have the current version of InDesign available, i.e., 19.3, so you might want to update the InDesign version as well.

even without a computer restart, id crashes on restart?

 

if so, reset your preferences.

Yes, it crashes on launch both with and without a computer restart.

Yes, after reinstalling the program works until I close the program, at which point it will not open again.
