InDesign 20.5 Share link not updating

I have sent out the share for review link to clients for feedback etc. However after making all the changes and letting clients know that they are all completed for final review, none of the changes have been updated. No errors or missing links in preflight and the update status says updated 'x' hours ago.

I dont think this is the way it should work but, I just copied a new link and it shows the updated files. This can get very messy when doing multiple updates across a number of collabs/reviewers. Shouldn't the link to the file remain the same and the info on the file be updated?

    Hi @Montage Imagery,

     

    Thanks for sharing the details. In InDesign 20.5, the Share for Review link is designed to remain the same, but sometimes updates don't immediately reflect due to caching on either the server or the client side. Copying a new link, as you found, does show the latest changes.

    To ensure updates appear correctly, try refreshing the browser or clearing the cache before sharing the link again. Also, make sure all collaborators are viewing the link in a supported browser, as outdated browser sessions can prevent updates from showing. 

    Please try these steps and let me know if the updates start reflecting properly for your clients.
