Indesign 2018 has just so many problems

Can someone out there help me.I have upgraded to the latest Indesign suite-18, and Adobe Indesign is really not working. It is not showing my master page elements, the style sheet is not working, it does not automatically back up if I crash...and I can go on and on, but I cannot get through to anyone. What do I do? I have taken out all the preferences already.

Can you let us know if you are on Mac or Win?

Did you clean both cache and preferences by manually going to the folder locations and then also deleting the trash? Troubleshooting 101: Replace, or "trash" your InDesign preferences

Why aren't there instructions like this during install?

Why are you sending out beta versions?

We make monthly payments, the least you could is test your products instead of making us do it.

This is an incredibly horrifying version. I saved a file, tried to package it and it crashed just like 2017 did when it first came out. I had to wait until an update before I could use it.

Why don't you at least turn on the IDML File Conversion Service?

Hi Bufftom,

Can you please let us know in what version you are asking for IDML Conversion service. It is not needed for CC 2018 as it is the highest version.

Are you not able to convert CC 2018 document when opening in CC 2017? Are you signed in with your Adobe ID, please try sign-out and sign-in once.
