Hello everyone,
Because of my job, I need to download InDesign 2020 on my pc (Windows 11). Does any of you know if I can do this and how? It seems that you can download only the previous version of the current one, but I really need the 2020. Thank you!
Ciao a tutti,
Per lavoro mi servirebbe scaricare la versione 2020 di InDesign per il mio pc (Windows 11), ma non so come fare. Ho trovato solo la versione immediatamente precedente. Qualcuno sa se si può fare in modo sicuro e come?
Grazie mille!

I doubt anyone here is going to be able to help. You'll need to contact Adobe directly and plead your case to them and hope for the best. They've been getting much stricter with the N-1 policy leaving you with the choice of only the most current version and one earlier.

To be honest I don't know the reason... they just told me that I should work on InDesign 2020, but I only have the current version

Try to dig deeper - maybe someone is just misinformed.
Or there might be a solution / workaround - if we know the real reason.

Last time I tried to ask they told that it's because the emoloyed graphic designers use that version so the other "external" collaborators need to use the same version. The moral of the story is that they want everyone to use the 2020 version and now I need to find it, there's no workaround apparently.

Depends on what "graphic designer" means to them - person working in Photoshop / Illustrator or InDesign.
There is a workaround - you would have to make sure not to use any new features - just in case - and save your files as IDML and send those to them instead of INDD files...
