InDesign 2023 crashing

Hello, our users are working with InDesign 2023 in a VDI environment.

The program crashes several times during use, often when it starts:

    Hard to know how to help - don't know that language

    But here's somethings to check and let us know what is going on

    1. Are VDI computers meet InDesign's specs?
    2. Is InDesign updated and OS updated?
    3. Any third-party plugins/extensions, if so disable them temporarily?
    4. Fonts valid and not corrupted?
    5. All files or just specific files?
    6. VDI configuration correct? Check resource allocation and network stability?
    7. Ensure graphics drivers are current and any other drivers.
    8. Any clues in the crash reports?
