InDesign 2023 server error

Contributor ,

Hi,

We are getting the following error while running InDesign 2023 server on Ventura and Monterey during startup.

We also see the below error log in console

We don't get this error with our plugins on InDesign 2022 server.

What could be causing this as we are unable to ascertain if it is because of our plugins. Need help and advice here.

Thanks

If that would be due to your plugins, wouldn't that make sense to give it a try without your plugins loaded? If error persists, you could discard your plugin responsability.

Yes, that's indeed true. I did exactly as you suggested and found that the issue persists. So, it appears to be unrelated to our plugins. 🙂

Thanks a lot for your suggestion.

If your plugin is not the culprit then I am not sure but it could be something related to IDS itself. A similiar issue was reported sometime back as well. See the following link

How about asking Adobe technical support for assistance. I suppose with IDS you would be entitled some form of specialized technical support.
