Indesign 2024 crashing daily

Can anyone help, since installing Indesign 2024, it crashed when opening. I have to keep unistalling this and reinstalling daily. I've tried to contact adobe but get the automated chat that isn't helpful. I'd like to email a complaint to adobe as it's affecting my workflow but can't find an email address. Any help welcome, thanks.

If you're on macOS Ventura then update to the latest version (macOS 13.6.x), just don't upgrade to macOS 14 as it's not fully supported yet. If none of this applies then let us know your versions of operating system and InDesign.

Thank you, I'm on macOSVentura. Will upgrade to the lastest verison and hopefully it helps.
