Hi Guys. we have a small Marketing team with 6 users. they all use files from the network. one user is having issue with Indesign crashing and having files as damaged, everyone else using those files are working with no problems, the main issue is when this user opens a indesign file and it crashed that file becomes unusable for all the other users. we have replaced his machine 3 times, all of them gave the same problem.
any ideas what needs to be done? Adobe connected to the machine and only cleaned the cache. which didnt solve the issue.

I'm sorry but no one here is a mind reader.
Could you please let us know exact OS & InDesign version.
Are all machines in the same physical location?
Have you tried to place affected machine next to the working one - and just switch network cable?
Or if it's over Wi-Fi - connect using network cable or replace Wi-Fi card?

Yes we are still experiencing, we are using Windows 11 enterprise, Indesign 19.4v. these machines are all on the same network. using network cable. Let me know if you need any more information
