InDesign 2024 Placed MP4 appearing on every page and no transitions

I created a doc and placed a video on only the first page. It keeps showing up on all of the pages. It is not a Master Page, I checked that. Why is it doing this and how do I fix it? 

 

Also my page transitions aren't working. I tried doing both an Interactive PDF and Publish Online and neither show the tranistions, but in Indesign it shows the page transitions are there.

    AFAIK there are no transitions in Publish Online and only in Full Screen Mode in an Interactive PDF.

      I don't know why the video is showing on all pages, but you might consider providing a link to the video. Page transitions (in full screen) appear to still be broken on Macs, here is a link to a related discussion:
