Adobe InDesign is stalling at launch (During Loading Panels). Eventually, I will get a force quit prompt. I'm on Ventura 13.6.7 and InDesign v19.5. Admittedly, I was pushing the app pretty hard today exporting versions of files, etc. When the force quit prompt comes up, InDesign is showing usage of 95GB. I've tried other older responses to this issue, but they all seemed to be around the iOS version, which mine is fine. Any help is appreciated, I'm under deadline to complete book.

You might try to patch up to macOS Ventura 13.6.8 and see if that helps.
Also, you might upgrade to Sonoma while you are at it.
Here is a comprehensive troubleshooting guide:

based on other posts, (but maybe they were old) upgrading to Sonoma wasn't recommended or supported yet. I have deleted preference, saved data file per troubleshooting with same result upon restart.

I tired upgrading to the 13.6.8 iOS worth a try but did not resolve.

When have you upgraded to 19.5?
Maybe it would be easier to go back to the previous minor version?

Looks like it updated today to 19.5. Not sure how to move it back a version???

Thank you. I uninstalled 19.5 and installed 19.4 and it still stalls at same place.

Then maybe go back even further? Do you remember what was the previous version?

Or you can go for the nuclear option - use CC Cleaner tool...

Where is this tool? Looks like that's my only option at this point.

Hopefully, the CC Cleaner suggested by other users will help, but if not:
95 GB indeed sounds like an extreme memory usage by InDesign.
What's your machine and how much RAM does it have?
Also, keep Activity Monitor active at all times (the Memory tab) and check if you see anything suspicious in memory and/or CPU usage. Is your memory pressure in red by any chance?
P.S. Just for the sake of ultimate accuracy, it's macOS, not iOS.
