Indesign 2025 – PDF joboptions wo abspeichern?

https://indesign.uservoice.com/forums/601180-adobe-indesign-bugs/suggestions/48955421-indesign-2025-removes-all-pdf-export-setting-files

Gibt es da schon eine Lösung?

Bisheriger Pfad war ja:

1. Gehe zu – oben anklicken

2. alt-Taste gedrückt halten und LIBRARY anklicken

3. Application Support anklicken

4. Adobe > Adobe PDF wählen

5. SETTINGS wählen

>> hier können SETTINGS abgelegt oder geholt werden

Correct answer Abhishek Rao

Hi @Abhishek Rao ,

I changed the name to:
ALLGEMEIN_ANSICHTS-PDF_DELUXE_optimiert_72dpi.joboptions

>> I changed all charakters like "–" to "_" and erased all the free spaces inbetween. Now it is working, I tested it already on 2 computers and now it is working. Thank you so much for your help!

Will there be an update? If so, please let me know

all the best, Denise

Hi @deko_KB,

I'm so glad to hear that renaming the files solved the problem! Thank you for confirming that it worked across multiple computers.

As for your question about an update, I’ve passed this information to our product team. While I can't provide a specific timeline, they are actively working on improving this area. I’ll make sure to keep you posted if there's any news on an update.

Thank you once again for your patience, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance!

Best,
Abhishek

When installing InDesign 2025, all .joboptions files with PDF export settings were removed, even in the old version 2024. How can I recover them?  Also, my plugin and script files were deleted.
Deleting user files just because they contain "á" in the file name is ridiculous. I’ve been using the same files for more than a decade in various versions of InDesign. Why does CC2025 not support them? Why did we not get a warning beforehand?

How can I get all my deleted files back?
Where did you delete the files? I cannot find them in my backup.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Öffne den Acrobat Distiller

Drag & Drop die joboption in das geöffnete Distiller-Fenster.

Der Distiller kopiert die Joboption an den korrekten Ort.

Hi Willi,
danke für deine Antwort. Habe ich versucht – klappt leider nicht.
Auch nach mehrmaligem Neustart nicht.
