Indesign App doesn't open

Hi,

 

I've been having this issue with InDesign for over 2 weeks now where the app doesn't open at all. The splash screen will come up for a few seconds but then just quit entirely, not matter what I try.

 

The only workaround i've been able to find is having to uninstall and re-install everytime I want to open it.

 

I avoid closing it for the whole day to avoid having to do that multiple times a day.

 

Has anyone else had this issue?

    Version 18.5 is quite buggy ... or your preferences got corrupted.

     

    Try resetting first:

    If it won't work - use CC Cleaner tool - if still won't help - you'll have to install 18.4
