I came across this page that addresses the same error:

https://discover.hubpages.com/art/How-To-Fix-PAIGEfilter-Missing-Plug-ins-Error-in-Adobe-InDesign

Regardless, it offers a universal solution for this type of error, irrespective of the plug-in name: exporting your file as IDML, which will eliminate the plug-in dependencies within your file.

I thought this to be a native plugin that I could not find as the OP never mentioned installing this plugin. if missing plugin is the issue here then IDML export is the easiest option to go for. However, that has it's limitations and could cause unintended changes in the document layout and text. Another method is via a plugin I have created that does not use IDML at all to remove the missing plugin dependencies. The plugin is free to use for 7 days and can cleanup all the open files at one click so you can clean a lot of files pretty quickly. The link to the plugin is given below.

If the IDML doesn't work and the Plugin is a standard InDesign plugin that is required it may have become slightly corrupt.

Try resetting your preferences:

Windows: Start InDesign, and then press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
macOS: While pressing Shift+Option+Command+Control, start InDesign. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.

Reinstalling rarely fixes everything - you can do a complete reinstall using the
Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

That is strange. Can you show the error message and also share the OS and InDesign version.
