InDesign Beta 19.5 Expired on Windows ARM

Currently the only InDesign version available for Windows on Arm devices is the Beta version 19.5. I've been using it just fine for a few weeks but I am now getting the "Your InDesign (Beta) build has expired" message and am unable to continue my work.

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling inDesign, and also restarted my computer with no success.

How can I continue to use this product?

Device info: Microsoft Surface Pro 11 with snapdragon X Elite

You'll have to wait for a new release. Have you checked for one?

Thanks for the tip. Yes, I've refreshed this screen a few times after restarting my computer and don't see a new update coming through. It looks like version 19.5 is the newest version, which I just reinstalled.

Hi @tate_7061,

Thanks for reaching out, and I can understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially when you’re in the middle of work. The InDesign Beta build 19.5 has indeed expired, and the next version (20.1 Beta) will be released on October 14th.

Unfortunately, there’s no way to restore the expired build before then. I’d recommend keeping an eye out for the new release, and you should be able to resume your work once the update is live. Apologies for the inconvenience this causes, and thank you for your patience.

Thanks,
Abhishek Rao

I got the same message on a Intel Windows machine. I suspect Adobe is getting ready to release it as a regular version update or releasing a brand new beta to replace it.
