InDesign CC 2017 Absatzformate arbeiten nicht korrekt

Guten Morgen, ich arbeite viel mit Absatzformaten, nur tun sie nach den letzten Updates nicht mehr das, was sie sollen:

Standard-Vorlage ist immer wieder weg (ich verwende "Fließtext" wird ausgewählt bei nicht markierten Textobjekt und war dann immer Standard. Seit einiger Zeit "vergisst" InDesign den Standard und dann ist kein Absatzformat zugewiesen).

Wenn ich einem bestehenden Text ein Absatzformat zuweisen will, ist das plötzlich abgeändert (Ein Text mit einem fett formatierten Wort wird nach Anwendung des gewählten Absatzformates durchgehend fett - muss das Fett erst explizit ausschalten. Oder ich weise einem Absatz ein Format zu, es wird angezeigt mit einem + und erst durch erneutes Auswählen des Absatzformates mit gleichzeitigem Drücken der ALT-Taste wählt das korrekte Format aus)

Da ich eine 14-tägig erscheinende Zeitung mit InDesign gestaltet, sind die Absatzformate eine Notwendigkeit, aber so ist das Arbeiten damit sehr unkomfortabel. Dabei hat es mit früheren Versionen perfekt geklappt.

Look for two common situations:

1. Do you have a character style turned on full-time accidentally? When no text is selected, the Character Style panel should be sitting on NONE.

2. Are you copying and pasting text from one InDesign doc to another? Is the text that you are copying and pasting using a paragraph style that is BASED ON Basic Paragraph Style? You must never base any paragraph style on Basic Paragraph Style. Similar to never basing a paragraph style on Normal (from Word). Review your styles, and check to see if any are based on Basic Paragraph style. If so, change them to be based on No Paragraph Style in order to make them independent and immune to changes.

When applying a Paragraph Style it is always a good idea to hold down the Option/Alt key while applying. This will remove any previous Paragraph Styles that may have been inadvertently applied. If you hold down Shift-Option/Alt it will also remove any Character Styles that have been applied.

Just a bit of refinement on your comment: when you click a new style, it replaces an old style. Alt/Opt clicking the style will remove override attributes on the style; not the previous style attributes. Shift Opt/Alt drives off both local overrides and character styles.
