New Here ,

I was able to use Indesign about 3 weeks ago. Suddenly, it became a trial version. We had the license for a year.

I've seen the trial version screen pop up on occasion for my fully-licensed CC apps. Usually, there's a button (which I can't remember off the top of my head) that says something to the effect of, "License this software."

Don't panic. You *have* licensed the software.

You should be able to enter your Adobe ID credentials and it will instantly transform into the licensed version once again.

Please let us know how it goes!

Also check, if you're paying by credit card, it hasn't expired.

do you use it on just one comp?

the cause maybe if you start it on 2 comps (which is allowed) at the same time (which is NOT allowed)

and yes, sometimes the connection between your CC App and your account breaks. Just log in to repair the situation.
