Hola,

He comprado el programa InDesign CC (2017). Lo tengo instalado pero no se me abre. Lo he desinstalado e instalado varias veces. Me sale el error:

La aplicación no se pudo iniciar correctamente (0x000007b) Haga clic en aceptar para cerrarla.

Tengo sistema operativo Windows 7. ¿Qué debo hacer para que funcione? Gracias.

What version of Windows 7? Home? Pro? 32 or 64 bit?

What are the rest of the system specification? RAM? Harddrive? Processor.

InDesign CC 2017 is supposed to be able to be installed on Windows 7 as long as it has Service Pack 1 installed. There have been reports, however, of problems installing even so. The best thing you can do is to upgrade your OS to a more contemporary version. Trying to install new software on an old OS is always a risk.
