Please try the link at http://www.adobe.com/devnet/indesign/sdk.html and report here whether it worked. The relevant section is also copied below, link at last line. With my AdobeID it follows some redirections to end up at the https://www.adobeprerelease.com prerelease program overview.

Access To The InDesign Product Family SDK (Software Developer Kit)

The SDK (Software Developer Kit) for InDesign CC, InCopy CC and InDesign CC Server has now moved from the InDesign Developer Center pages to a special part of the InDesign Family Pre-Release program which is better suited to support the more frequent updates to the InDesign Family SDKs.  Even though this content is available as part of  the InDesign Family Pre-Release program, membership of this specific part of the program will provide access to the final shipping version of the SDK for the InDesign Family of products. This change is being made as the InDesign Family products are likely to be updated more frequently now that they are part of the Creative Cloud family of products.

To request access, please click on the link below and fill in the registration form.  Once this registration form is complete we will evaluate your request and then give successful applicants access to the SDK. The expected turnaround time for the approval process is one week.

Hi Dirk,

after experiencing lots of problems/bugs with XP, VC70 and SDK 4.0.2, we have decided to start with the newest release and port than the Plug-In, if reqiured, backwards.

I've tryed the two links, provided be Sanyam, but got 'access denied' errors.

What is to do to get a member of the InDesign Family Pre-Release program.

That seems to be the prerequisit for getting the SDK.

If that will not be tru, please let me know the right steps, to get the SDK for ID CC.

You need to join the Adobe Technology Partner program to get access to the InDesign SDK, this is an invitation based program. An Adobe employee has to recommend you for this to join. Please refer the top section of the home page of this forum for more details.
