On Win10 system with CC 2017

InDesign failing to open with error:Unable to launch  Adobe InDesign as you do not have sufficient permissions to access the preference folder. Ensure that you have appropriate permissions and then restart Adobe InDesign.

I understand there may be a corrupted file to delete. Do not know the what or where the file is.

Have large project to work on and unable to get to it.
