Cancel after: "Operator panels are called" /

Abbruch nach: "Bedienfelder werden aufgerufen"

I read a lot in the forum, but everything I tried did not help.

InDesign CC 2019 installed (Windows 10). At startup, a window is displayed and comes up to "Operator panels are called". After that, the login window closes and nothing happens. Adobe Illustrator CC 2019 and Photoshop CC 2019 work.

I have tried the following:
- reset the preferences with Ctr + Alt + Shift and confirm the query with ok.

Unfortunately, did not help. Then I reset the preferences manually:
- Renamed the folder to C: \ Users \ <USER> \ AppData \ Roaming \ Adobe \ InDesign \ <Version #> \ <Language> as described in "https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2497743"

- Also the manual deletion of the files InDesign Defaults and InDesign SavedData as described under "https://forums.adobe.com/thread/526990" did not help.

- InDesign uninstalled and reinstalled.

- Signed out of AdobeCreativeCloud and logged back in.

- Latest version downloaded. Also tried an older version.

InDesign will not start. What else can I do?

I have all instructions gem. https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/submit-crash-reports.html followed, but I do not see a crash report.
As already written, that window shoots and nothing happens next.

I do not get an error message.

I wrote everything about the reproducible steps.
I do not even get to open a document.

If it were below specs, it wouldn't install at all. That said, it's incredibly low end but InDesign should start up.

I would create a new user account on the machine and try that.

If that works, don't expect InDesign to run at all well. That is a horribly underpowered machine.

Thanks for the tip. BobLevine is right. Have tried it on a really really old PC and there opens InDesign. Not enough to work, but at least it starts.
The notebook is only one year old and I assumed he would do it.
The cause is still not found, but I'll probably have to buy something new.

Hi,

I've had the same problem.

After trying everything I could find to solve it, I considered what was different from the last time I worked with Indesign.

Yesterday, while running Indesign, I installed some SVG fonts that seem to have worked in Photoshop, Illustrator, and even Indesign.

So I have uninstalled the fonts and then I could start Indesign.
