InDesign CC crashes when I try to edit Texts

I have 90-page long report and have been trying to make one small texts change on page 34.

Every time I click on the text frame with type tool, it crashes. In another discussion forum here that's titled similar to mine from 2016 was suggesting that I should turn off both Type Contextual Controls OFF (Preference ->Advanced Type), so I did that. It still doesn't work. Does anyone know what I should look into to fix this problem? Thanks!

Which build of InDesign CC are you using? Which OS? Is InDesign crashing with this particular file only?
