[InDesign CC]Create exe file out of swf

Hi guys, I would like to create an executable file out of my swf and html file. There was an option to create projector in older versions of flash player, but it seems this was removed, as this option cannot be clicked. Is there still a way to create exe file out of my swf ?

There is not and never was a way to do this through InDesign.

At this point I’d advise you to find a better method to do whatever it is you’re doing. SWF is dead. It won’t play on mobile devices or any desktop without flash player.

I heard also that Adobe have announced Flash will discontinued from 2020, it isn't just unpopular and declining.

Mind you, I'd rather an SWF than an EXE for content...

I believe it’s flash player that’s being EOL’ed.

Well, presumably that will mark the final death of SWF. Browsers will block it because open security issues will not be addressed. Companies will ban it and uninstall for the same reason.
