Hi there! I have a number of images placed throughout a very large document in indesign. I have used CC libraries to place them all. It seems like it would be fairly easy to automatically create a group or sort my library based on the images I have already placed. However I can't seem to find a way to do that. Yes - in hindsight, I should have created a group and added the images as I went. Lesson learned. Aside from using my links panel and going through one by one and manually creating a group in the library's panel, am I missing something? Is there a way to automate this? Thank you!!

Hello @amyb91559532,
Thanks for reaching out. You can select multiple assets, right-click, choose Move selected items to, select the folder icon, select Create, and then select Move. Learn more here: (https://adobe.ly/3TWXYlB).

Thanks for your reply. That works well when you can easily identify which items from the library you have placed in your document. For example, out of 50 images, 30 are placed. But they all look the same in the library panel... nothing to indicate that any are actively being used in the document. ... Either way, I appreciate your reply. (as you can see this is months later and I'm still struggling with this lol.) thanks!
