On page 61 step 3; "click create at the bottom right (not shown)" where is the create bottom?

Not everyone loves the CIB books but they are very thorough. If you miss a step, just go back a few and try again.

Step 2 indicates you are in the New Document dialog box. Step three instructs that you click Cancel at the bottom right of the dialog box.
