Indesign classy newspaper templete

I am new to indesign and has been asked by my company to make the company newspaper. I will use the adobe classy newspaper template, but i am unable to edit the top text from page 2. The text that has the newspaper title, page nr etc. How do I do it?

check out if you have locked layers

or locked objects

check out the master pages of your template too

I have one locked layer, and that is the background layer. 

the unlock all on spread is not active (Not an option to choose right now)

The elements are on the master pages.

Double click on the master page and you can edit the text
