InDesign crash problem

Hello, good day to everyone. I'm generally experiencing a crash issue in Adobe programs like After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, and more. Sometimes, I receive an error report, and sometimes I don't. I've been unable to pinpoint the cause of the problem.

I believe everything on my system is up to date and installed correctly:

• My graphics card driver is up to date.
• My Adobe programs are up to date.
• I have an antivirus program installed and it's up to date.
• Other computer drivers are installed and up to date.

I want to emphasize that my system is not low-performance. I haven't been able to identify the source of the problem, and right now, I can't do my work. I would appreciate it if you could help me.

I am sure you have done this but just checking as it is not included in the above description.

have you deleted the preferences for the apps?
