Indesign crashes a few seconds after splash screen loads

Hi, my Indesign crashes when the title screen shows up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but it still happens.

Try resetting your preferences:

Windows: Start InDesign, and then press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
macOS: While pressing Shift+Option+Command+Control, start InDesign. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.

Reinstalling rarely fixes everything - you can do a complete reinstall using the
Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Thanks, just tried this, I reset my preferences. Now the Splash Screen loads up everything, disappears, then nothing. Indesign doesn't show up.

Restarted my pc just in case and same thing. Indesign Splash Screen loads up, then disappears and then nothing.

With regards to the creative cloud cleaner tool, is it a 'clean everything CC' or can I just clean the Indesign installs?

Indesign now starts up.
