Hi Michael / Luis,
We are very sorry you ran into this issue.
Michael, Service Pack 1 is a Windows update which is essential to run CC applications on Windows 7. Please check if your system has that installed (You can check that in the system information). If yes, I would request you to follow below-mentioned steps:
1) Preferences Reset
- Close all Adobe applications.
- Go to Locations :
- C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe
- C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Adobe.
- Delete or Rename InDesign folders.
- Launch InDesign from CC
2) If it still does not help try uninstalling and reinstalling InDesign.
Luis, if you are using Windows you may try same steps, for MAC please follow the steps mentioned below:
1) Preferences Reset
- Close all Adobe applications.
- Go to Locations:
- ~/Library/Caches
- ~/Library/Preferences
- Delete or rename Adobe InDesign and com.adobe.indesign
- Launch InDesign from the CC
2) Uninstalling and reinstalling InDesign
Hope this helps!
Regards,
Srishti
