Indesign crashing teams

Hello,

 

 Every time we open up Indesign it crashes Teams. We have tried uninstalling each creative cloud program individually and we have narrowed it down to it just being indesign that crashes Microsoft teams. I am hoping there a update coming soon to fix  this, or if there already is, any insight would be helpful.

    I just tried it on my Windows and Mac without issue. Do you have a Teams app installed, perhaps an Adobe app? One of them my be conflicting with InDesign.

    Hi @kirai35116040od66,

     

    Thanks for reaching out. Could you please share your OS and InDesign version, as Robert suggested? Also, I would recommend booting your system in Safe Mode and then launching both Teams and InDesign to see if the crash still happens. It will help isolate the problem if any background processes conflict with InDesign as InDesign solely has no role over Teams crashes.  Reference for booting in Safe Mode: Windows: Start your PC in Safe Mode and macOS: Start up in Safe Mode.
