InDesign crashing while opening files

Dear Adobe Team,

Greeting!

 

We need your help to resolve the issue which we are facing in the near time for quite a few projects to one of our client. Some time when we try to open the provided “.indd” and “.idml” files the Indesign get crashes you can the see below screenshot for your reference. I am also attaching the document for your research hoping to get solution from your side as the client can open this document with no errors. PFA

 

Could you please help us to resolve this issue as this is very important client for us.

Hi there,

 

Sorry about the delay. I am hopeful that the issue was fixed. If not, please email your InDesign file to idfile@adobe.com and we will take a look at the document.
If the file is larger than 10 Mb, you can upload to Creative Cloud account (or Dropbox) and send us the document link.

 

Also, could you please confirm where the files are saved (Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System /External HDD)? If you are opening them from network / shared location, please save the file to

Hi surajgawade,

hard to tell what's the reason for your crash.

Did you sent a crash report?

InDesign should offer you that option with most of the crashes.
