Good afternoon. My name is Evita. I am working in InDesign CS6 for years. Suddenly - from yesterday -
I cant see and use anymore Glyphs, Swatches, Character, Stroke in Window menu.
Pages, Layers, Links, ... function perfectly.
I am working in the Workspace Essentials. I tried to Reset Essentials, but nothinh changed.
What can I do? I need glyphs very often. I will be very thankfull for your advice;
be good and fine, ciao, ciao, Evita

Which operating system are you using (have you recently updated it)?
The first thing to try would be to reset your InDesign preferences:
Close InDesign. Then hold down Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or Cmd + Ctrl + Opt + Shift (Mac), and relaunch InDesign. Respond in the affirmative to the dialog asking if you really want to replace the preferences.

You did not say what operating system that you are using but from the sound of the problem it seems possible that you are trying to use CS6 with Windows 10. If this is the case then you should know that Windows 10 frequently runs automatic updates which can lead to older nonsupported versions of programs beginning to act erratically, if they continue to work at all. If this is the case for you then you can either try running the computer in Windows 7 compatibility mode or roll back the operating system (if possible) to an earlier version of Windows. You also might consider getting an older computer from eBay that will have the older OS.
