Hi there, Im setting up a 40 pager writing pad for a company that has 370 different employees and they each want their name to be on the top left corner of each page. To go along with that the note pad doubles up as a flip book with a small animation image at the bottom of the page. I want to set up the document for print in InDesgn and do it 4 pages in one, so 4 different peoples' first page to their note pad will be on one page at the first frame of the flip book animation and then the next page will have the same 4 peoples names again so only the images changes for the animation. I want to set up a template with all the pages as they should be and then just for each document change the data source that automatically replaces the names. Is this possible or is this a bit too complicated?

I hope I am making sense.

Thank you

Not sure I understood your request correctly... (actually I'm pretty sure I didn't )

But let's have a try:

Maybe all you have to do is to duplicate your image path and name 4 times in order to associate the image to 4 different names?

Sans-titre-1.jpg

Then use Data merge multiple records feature:

Is it what you're after?

If not, please clarify...
