InDesign Datenzusammenführung zeigt nicht alle Spalten an

Hallo, 

ich arbeite bisher mit der Datenzusammenführung von InDesign. Leider erkennt InDesign seit einigen Wochen nicht mehr alle Spalten meiner txt-Datei. Die Ursprungsdatei in Excel hat deutlich mehr Spalten.

InDesign hört einfach nach 7-8 Spalten auf, die weiteren Überschriften anzuzeigen.

Kann mir hier bitte jemand weiterhelfen?

    Hallo Robert,

    hier der Screenshot als Dateianhang.

     


    Der Grund, weshalb nicht alle Spalten angezeigt werden ist, dass du Feldüberschriften, die aus mehreren Wörtern bestehen, verwendet hast. Diese werden ignoriert.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Data Merge feature in InDesign. To help troubleshoot, could you please provide the following details:

    • What version of InDesign are you currently using?
    • What operating system (OS) are you running (e.g., Windows, macOS)?
    • Is this issue happening with just this specific file, or is it occurring with other newly created files as well?

    Additionally, have you tried resetting InDesign's preferences? If not, please try following the steps outlined here: Reset InDesign Preferences, and see if that resolves the issue.

    If possible, could you share the InDesign file and the corresponding .csv or text file with us for testing? This will help us identify if there's something in the file format or settings that might be causing the issue.

    Hallo Abhishek Rao,

    danke für deine Hilfe.

    Ich nutze die InDesign Version 2025, das müsste die 20.0 sein, mit einem Windows-PC.

    Das Problem hatte ich bisher nicht, es besteht seit ca. 3 Wochen. Zuvor hatte ich die 2024-Version genutzt und daraufhin die 2025-Version heruntergeladen.

    Die Voreinstellungen habe ich bereits zurückgesetzt, das Problem besteht jedoch weiterhin.

    Die Excel-Datei kann ich aus Datenschutzgründen leider nicht teilen.

    Hast du eventuell noch einen Tipp?
