Indesign disappeared when "Application Frame" is selected

Hi there.

This error started today out of nowhere. I couldnt locate my indesign window. I found that if I turned application frame off it would come back.

Application Frame is pretty integral to my design process. Anyone know what's happening here?

I've tried:

-Messing around with all my monitors

-Disconnecting from all monitors and using laptop display

-Resetting the workspace / trying a new one

-Show Windows

-Deleted Indesign and reinstalled.
