When I drag or paste something into a document from the library in Indesgn 2024, the text in that frame jumps up. Also when I move it to a new document. Who recognizes this problem

Your current document have different definitions in ObjectStyles than what was set when copied to a library - the bottom TFs have ObjectStyle applied with vertical justification set to center / justified - top TF is set to bottom.

Are these built with Paragraph Styles?

If so - then they might be 'Based on' Basic Paragraph Style

Just a guess.

You could be talking about an InDesign library (INDL file) or a CC Library item. Which one?

Indicate which of the elements were in the InDesign layout, and which was a CC library item dragged into the layout. It's no apparent from your screen capture what has changed. What kind of library item is was dragged (what format)?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
