I am using InDesign to try and create a Price List for the Business I work for - because of this I exported our price list from PDF to an XML file and then tried to import the tables into InDesign. However, it didn't come out like I wanted it to, the price list is about 64 pages long and takes a while to import but when it finally imports it comes out really weird. I need help on this - like is there anyway to only import certain tables or make new tables from these tables?
I know this is very confusing but any help is appreciated.

Just verifying:
You have an Excel spreadsheet that is a pricelist? As long as you have a continuous cell range that needs to be imported into InDesign this should work. You don't need to export to XML and import XML, you can use File > Place and select a cell range, then import this into InDesign (see steps below).

You might need to adjust column widths and specific cell formatting etc. You can use Table and Cell Styles for that in InDesign.

My Excel Spreadsheet looks like this:

(It's a big price list, has around 64 pages)
When I import it to InDesign it imports the whole excel sheet and I can't really edit any of it to fit my price list.
So it's a bit of a mess as I just exported it straight from a PDF. Is there any way to export from a PDF to a continuous and clean Spreadsheet?
I could make the tables individually, but this would take me a while.
