When I have indesign in a didfferent monitor screen (an old iMac) the indesign eye drop tool doesn't work correctly. I will try to select a yellow from an image, and it is grabbing a blue or some other completely random color from who knows where. (In the example image I'm trying to grab the grass color and I'm getting a purple color.) I've verified that the problem is with the monitor, because it works just fine if I bring indesign back into my main macbook screen. I just got the macbook pro 2019. What's really odd is that I didn't have this problem with an older macbook. Is there a setting or something I need to turn on to fix this or something?

Hi David,
Sorry to hear about this. Would you mind sharing version of the Adobe InDesign? Also, do you see this behavior while working on a specific document? Have you tried resetting preferences to see if it helps?
This information would help us assist you accordingly.
Regards,
Ashutosh

My adobe version is 16.4. It has been happening on every indesign file when
I am on the imac monitor. However, I just tried it on a monitor at my home
(a Dell one) and it worked just fine. And it also works fine when on the
actual macbook pro monitor. It seems to be a problem just with the separate
imac monitors.
