How do you export a 16 page Indesign booklet:

1. "High-res print ready file with crops and bleeds"

2. Digital version in spreads

3. Digital version in pages

If your booklet is for commercial printing, ask your printer. Normally you would use one of the presets – For example PDF/X-4, single pages (not spreads), tick Use Document Bleed Settings and Crop Marks.

Re a digital version, it would depend on the format: Interactive PDF, Publish Online, Reflowable ePub or FXL ePub.
