Indesign getting stuck on loading page before launch

This is what i see when i go on creative cloud and click on indesign. It gets stuck here. How can I fix this?

Hi. Does this happen with every app, or just InDesign? If it's every app, the first step to troubleshoot is to log out of the CC app and then restart the computer and log back in. 

If it's only in InDesign, there may be a corruption in your InDesign installation. Best way to fix that is to clean uninstall InDesign https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html - then restart the computer and reinstall it.
