Indesign Home screen not displaying graphical thumbnail

Before lastest update Home screen displated with no problem. After 19.0 update for the first few uses it was ok. Then suddenly I started it and the recent documents looked as shown. Yes I have removed both Indesign SaveData and Indesign Defaults, problem persists. Yes I have unstalled and reinstalled with clean install, problem persists. A little help Adobe or anyone else would be appreciated.

Also in case you are wondering, Photoshop and illustrator home screens work fine.

Ok, update. I'mdoing this lesson from Adobe Press,"InDesign Classroom in a book". Those 3 blank icon from lesson files from 1 lesson. When I went to next lesson with different lesson files, the thumbnails displayed as normal. So I'm gueessing that the other files were damaged or corrupted. I pulled in some of my old work and those thumbnails showed as well. So, I think problem solved crossed fingers. Thank you Bob and Bill for your consideration and input.

If you are on a Mac make sure that you are on the latest version of Ventura (13.6). Do not update to Sonoma as Creative Cloud apps are not yet compatible.
