Indesign: Indend first word of a line

Question

Hello,Unfortunately I can't find a solution to the following problem and would be happy to get help:I need to format interviews that look like this:This has so far been solved using tables. Is it possible to solve this via paragraph formats?Option 1 was to make a list, unfortunately I can't find a way to turn the bullet points into words.Option 2 was to do a paragraph format in which everything is indented except for the first word of the first line. Unfortunately I haven't found a way to do this. Does anyone have an idea on how to implement option 1 or 2 or an idea on option 3?I would be happy about any help, thank you in advance

There are various ways to do this. One method is to set a tab stop in the paragraph style, then insert a tab after 'Person 1' and insert an Indent-to-Here character after the tab (Ctrl+\ on Windows).

Another possibility is to set a tab stop, add a tab after Person 1/2/3, and set the left indent and set the same value, but negative, for the first line left indent.

You can use paragraph styles, but it's a little bit tricky. I did exactly this for a magazine last year. I attach a sample file, I think that it will be easier for you to understand what I did.

To explain quickly: the "Person 1” and “Person 2” have a baseline shift that give the illusion that they are in the same paragraph that the interview text (see screenshot in story editor mode). The interview text have a left indent to push the text away from the left edge of the frame.
