InDesign keeps flipping my text boxes

I am working on an HP PC. In one particular InDesign document the text boxes keep flipping whenever I move them from one page to the other so everything is upside down. It also imports everything upside down and when I PDF it, it flips the pages so one is upside down. Does anyone have a solution?

    Hmmm. Check out your pages panel.

    Is there a rotate spread icon to the right of the upside down pages?

    Dragging an object to a rotated spread would cause what you are describing.

    Right click the icon and Clear Rotation.

    Did that straighten it out?
