indesign keyboard shortcuts set to illustrator

i recently update indesign CC and it asked me if i wanted to set the keyboard shortcuts to match photoshop or illustrator and i clicked ill w/o thinking it through, now all the useful IND shortcuts are changed and it's driving me insane... any idea how to reset them back to normal Indd shortcuts?
