inDesign Mac version - levels problems

Hi everybody, 

I have some problems working with inDesign levels. That started one week ago: when I copy a text or a general object/pics from an inDesign document to another one, when I paste it the program imports the level too. I don't want import that level in my new document, but it isn't possible to move the object to another specific level. It's blocked in its original one. So strange, I don't know how to do to fix that, does anybody could help me?
