InDesign: New Document Dialog Resets

Hey! Just checking in to see if anyone else experiences this problem:

 

When I go to create a new document in InDesign, the Dialog Box will reset itself after a few seconds as I'm trying to set parameters (page size, margins, units, etc...) It's not a bug that prevents me from using the software altogether, but it's pretty annoying starting to get everything set and then it all just reverts back to what it was. It happens everytime I try to create a new file, usually just once, but sometimes twice. I've experienced it through multiple updates now. I have a screen recording of it if it helps. Thanks!

In addition to other suggestions:

 

I wonder if you have this issue if you enable the normal New Document dialog (enable this option in Preferences):

2. Macbook Pro M1 Sonoma 14.6.1

3. I first noticed a few months ago I would say. Maybe over the Summer.
