InDesign Not Responding on launch

Hi! I recently installed the latest trial version of InDesign CC 2019, but I noticed I could never get past a few seconds of actions with Indesign without it freezing indefinitely on me.

I am forced to end the task every time I try to restart.

I tried to install other versions of InDesign, hoping an older version would work, but they all do the same thing freezing indefinitely.

InDesign won't let me open documents or perform any actions without freezing.

Is there a program or action interfering with InDesign? Adobe CC also stopped working at the same time, and am now stuck in a repair loop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated on this issue.

Hi, my trial for Adobe InDesign just expired, but I tried to open it again. I cleared my Event Logs just before opening it to ensure I saw only the newest events.

I also checked the Old Event Logs, but there are no errors that show up under "InDesign," instead it caused Adobe CC to prompt me to either "quit" or "repair" stating that Adobe CC is needed to resolve an issue.

Is there anything else I can do? I tried to download and install an older version of InDesign, particularly Ver 13, but it also shows up as "Not Responding" after launch in the Task Manager.

What do you expect to do with an expired trial?
