InDesign not showing up as purchased in my creative cloud

At the beginning of last semester (August) I was billed for 12 months creative cloud which is supposed to include in design. For some reason it's showing up in my try/buy section of Creative Cloud but I already purchased it and I'd really like to use it to work on my portfolio. I still have the receipt that says I purchased it so I know it's been payed for. Let me know if you can help.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. I'd recommend checking your Sign in credentials and make sure you are signed in to correct account on Creative Cloud Desktop App. You can also verify your purchase on account https://account.adobe.com/
If you see your purchase/activated subscription on this page, then follow the instructions provided on https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html
Hope it helps.

Regards,

Ashutosh

You could try signing out and then back into the Adobe CC app.

If you subscribed to the Creative Cloud suite, InDesign will be included. Maybe reinstall the Creative Cloud app and see InDesign and the other applications listed. The Creative Cloud app has been upgraded in the last few months, so probably needs upgrading.
