Indesign not transforming images as before

Hi all,

InDesign is not transforming/cutting the images as I want too, it automatically holds alt while I try to transform/cut it.

Example:

I want to remove a little bit of the bottom on the image of these flowers.

So I grab the point on top and drag it down, but now it looks like this

It has been scaled on both sides, while I only dragged the top down. And I was not holding alt. This is the result I wanted:

This is really driving me crazy

Not sure, how would I go about disabling autofit? I can't seem to find that setting anywhere.

First check your Fitting Options. Right click on yur image an choose right mathod of fitting

Then use small chcek box on Control Panel or Properties panel to enable/disable Auto Fit option

Thanks all, the issue seemed to be with the autofit! I'm not quite sure, after I turned off the autofit it wasn't working right away. But after clearing the frame fitting options it worked fine.
