HELP!

Trying to print a magazine -- the page is 8.5 x 11 in and the bleed marks are 0.125 inch. Artboards look good to go. Whenever I export and save the settings, it is not the same when opened in Acrobrat? My printing company told me they can't print because it's the wrong page size.

Not sure what to do -- please help!

When a page has bleed and marks, the overall pdf size will be bigger than the finished page size (trim size). Your screen shots appear to show spread pages, your printer will probably want single pages with bleed.

To check the trim size of your pdf in Acrobat, open the Output preview tool (Tools> Print production> Output preview) and click the "Set Page Boxes" button, Apply to: TrimBox, the trim box size will appear under the page preview.
